Q: What locations are the cabins close too?

A: Our cabins are located in Afton, We are just past the Drunken Rooster Bar & Grill and just a couple blocks down the street from Safe Harbors View Marina. We are also just a few blocks from The Coves Golf Course

Q: What are the check-in and check-out times?

A: Check-in is at 3:30 PM and check-out is at 11:00 AM. Early check-in or late check-out may be available upon request.

Q: Do you have a minimum night requirement?

A: Yes, we have a 2 night minimum, and 3 nights on holiday weekends

  • 1 night stays can be booked by phone Mon-Thur with a $40 cleaning fee

Q: Where do we check-in?

A: No check-in is needed! We will text you the code to your door prior to arrival

Q: How can I make a reservation?

A: You can book directly through our website or contact us at 918-782-6111. A 50% deposit is due at the time of reservation, balance will be charged 7 days prior to arrival

Q: What is your cancellation policy?

A: You can cancel your reservation up to 30 days prior to arrival. Deposit money is not refunded but set aside to use at a later date. You have 6 months to use your deposit for another reservation. If you are 10 day or less from your arrival date there is NO refund or rescheduling, or Credits. NO EXCEPTIONS.

Q: What amenities are included in the cabins?

A: Our cabins include fully equipped kitchens, free Wi-Fi, smart TVs, Cable, air conditioning/heating, and more. Each Cabin has a fully furnished kitchen and outdoor grill. Cabins include all needed linens and towels.

Q: Are pets allowed?

A: Yes, we are pet-friendly! There is a small fee of $25 per pet per night. You must inform us in advance if you plan to bring a pet and breed must be approved. Pets must be crated if left in the cabin alone.

Q: Do the cabins have a kitchen?

A: Yes, all our cabins have fully equipped kitchens, including a refrigerator, stove, microwave, and cooking utensils, dishes, pots & pans .

Q: What should we do in case of an emergency?

A: In case of an emergency, please call Bethany at 918-695-5108 immediately. For non-emergency issues, you can contact our management team at 918-781-6111.

Q: Is there housekeeping service?

A: Housekeeping is provided before check-in and after check-out. Additional housekeeping services during your stay can be arranged for an extra fee.

Q: Are there any rules we need to follow during our stay?

A: Yes, we ask our guests to respect the property and the neighbors, keep noise to a minimum after 10 PM, Please discontinue use of firepits and common area cabana by 11:00 PM. Children under 18 should not be left in a cabin unattended. All Cabins require a guest of 21 or over (we do not allow guest to rent separate cabins for their children)

Q: What activities are available near the cabins?

A: The Drunken Rooster is 1 block away. They offer dining, live music, outdoor activities and a beautiful pool! Safe Harbor’s View Marina is just a couple blocks away. They offer a boat dock, boat and jet ski rentals. The Coves Golf Course is just a few blocks away. Please inquire about other fantastic places in the area!

Q: Do you offer long term rentals?

A: The maximum stay is 30 days - please inquire about special circumstances

Q: Can you host larger events like reunions, weddings and cooperate events?

A: Yes we can! Please call for more information 918-781-6111

Q: Can you help me plan a romantic getaway?

A: Yes we can help with dinner reservations, special décor, and even some bubbly for the cabin!

Q: Is smoking allowed in the cabins?

A: No, smoking is not allowed inside the cabins. However, guests may smoke outside.

A: Yes, we offer seasonal discounts and special packages.
